Pricing
General Information
Printed ribbon pricing is stated on website. Price includes set-up fees
Engraving, etching, and any other similar items are quoted on a “per project” basis
Custom packaging and stationery designs are quoted on a “per project” basis
We will not be able to accommodate “one time, one item” design requests for custom packaging or stationery.
Priority Rush
We are unable to accommodate priority rush orders at this time for personalization services.
Fulfillment
Personalization services take 10-14 business days for fulfillment depending on the size, scope, product availability, season and number of orders already in process in our studio.
Allow more time for order processing and fulfillment from November 1st-January 1st.
Process
Our goal is to create a design that you will be completely happy with. Upon receiving your service request, we will schedule a short consultation with you to verify the details, including budget, and go over our process with you. We will send you a quote after the consultation. The quote must have written approval before any work can begin. Approval via email or text is considered written approval.
We will send you a photo or proof of the design prior to production. At that time, we will be more than happy to make changes that you may be unsatisfied with. We will notify you if any requested changes will incur additional charges. Once we receive written confirmation, we will proceed with final production and delivery/shipping.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments
Once the quote is approved, we will invoice you for the full amount, which may or may not include shipping charges. Shipping and delivery charges will be discussed during the initial consultation. Payment of the initial invoice is REQUIRED before any work begins. For payments by credit card, work on your order will begin within 3 business days. You’re your items are complete and ready to ship, we will inform you of shipping charges, unless agreed upon otherwise.
Cancellations and Refunds
30% of payment is non-refundable should you decide to cancel. If you decide to cancel your order before design finalization/production begins, you will be refunded the remaining balance.
Claims for damaged items after shipment will be on a case by case basis only. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof of damage for consideration within 5 business days after delivery.

Shipping and Deliveries
General Information
- Personalized items are shipped Monday-Friday, NO weekends or holidays.
- Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee, please inquire.
- Make sure the recipient’s address is correct. We need complete addresses, including any suite numbers, apartment numbers, and a contact phone number. If a gift/item shipment is returned by the shipping carrier for incomplete address information, a re-delivery fee will be charged. Re-delivery fees are based on the individual shipping carrier and can drastically vary in cost.
Depending on carrier availability and final destination, shipping times can vary with an estimated 1-2 business days for within the state of Arizona to 5 or more business days outside of Arizona. Shipping times may be longer from November-January due to the holidays. Please plan accordingly.
NOTE: USPS and UPS will leave packages if no one is home. Copper Sky Gifting Studio cannot guarantee the safety of said shipments once they leave our studio.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes
No shipping carrier will personally call to arrange a delivery window with you or your recipient. You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment. Please plan accordingly.
In addition to shipping, we are able to deliver to business customers either located in a residential area or in a commercial setting. Deliveries are pre-scheduled including the date and approximate delivery window.
