How long does the custom gift design process take?
The gift design process takes a minimum of 10-14 business days depending upon the size, scope, product availability, season and number of orders already in process in our studio.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We require a minimum order of 10 gifts for multiples or a $100 minimum on a single design. Custom design work is considered a dedicated project, therefore requires minimums. Please see our custom gift design policy for further details. If you have any questions feel free to reach out!
Can I include alcohol in my gifts?
We are not licensed to add alcohol to gifts unless you provide the alcohol for us to include. Additionally, we cannot ship alcohol unless you order one of our ready-to-ship gifts that includes alcohol, which is shipped from our warehouse in Peoria, AZ. Please see our alcohol policy and custom gift design policy for more information. If you have any questions or specific requests, feel free to reach out, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Can you include my company promo items?
Yes, we can include your company promotional items in your custom gifts! Just provide us with the promo items you’d like to include, and we’ll work with you to create a cohesive and appealing design.
